are freshly made by our chefs and contain no preservatives
or stabilisers. It is essential that refrigeration
is used on the day to keep it as fresh as possible
at temperatures which comply with the Food Safety
act 1990. We all have Food Hygiene certificates which
are available on demand.
The cost of these delicious salads
items range from 65p per portion per head to £1.35
per portion per head for the salads that involve more
preparation and equipment on site.

portion anyway). We can not take any bookings (without
prior arrangement) for a lamb roast and salad buffet
unless guests are adequately catered for, i.e. 100
guests require 100 salad choices.
