Wedding Catering
The food is now one of the most important parts of a wedding and our clients come to us for that WOW factor that really makes their special day. We are a family run business with more than a decade of experience in wedding catering and an understanding of the importance of such a big wedding day.
Booking a lamb spit roast gives you more flexibility on your choice of venue as our CE approved roasting machines can be used safely both indoors and outdoors. We are also fully insured and registered with our local environmental health department.
A whole ‘South Downs Lamb’ lamb, with homemade marinade and organically grown herbs, turning on the self basting spit will produce some mouthwatering aromas for you and your guests. To complement your freshly cooked lamb choose from our selection of fresh salads, seasonal vegetables and hot potatoes. To finish we offer a range of home-made desserts and local cheeses.
We can also provide a complete wedding service to include tableware, glass and linen hire, waiting staff and marquee hire.
Many of our corporate and wedding clients are from the surrounding areas in London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, Wiltshire, Sussex and Dorset. However we are willing to travel further afield so please call to discuss your requirements.
A single ‘South Downs Lamb’ roast will feed betwen 40 - 60 guests. If your guest numbers exceed 100 on a second spit roast machine and lamb could provide up to 120 - 160 guest portions.
